CASL Registration & Forms
Follow these steps to register your player in the CASL league.
Registration Currently Closed
Registration is currently closed. Registration will open once HSC concludes tryouts.
1. Create Your GotSport Account
Click the button below to go to the CASL registration portal. If you don't already have an account, you'll be prompted to create one.
2. Gather & Upload Required Forms
During registration you will be prompted to upload these documents:
- Date of Birth Verification (upload a copy of your child's birth certificate).
- Medical Release Form: Download PDF
- Concussion Release Form: Download PDF
- Headshot Photo: a recent image of your child (JPEG or PNG).
3. Billing
At the end of the GotSport flow, you’ll be asked to choose a payment
method. Please select “Check/MO”, agree to the terms,
and continue.
We will invoice you separately—no online payment is processed.
